SusanLaDuca, Ph.D , born in NYC, has resided full time in Boca Raton with her husband, Tony ,since 2016. Before moving to Boca she spent 38 years in Philadelphia in a career as a family therapist in private practice. Susan received a Ph.D. From Temple university, and an MA and BA from Governors State Univ. In Park Forest , Illinois.

A lifelong volunteer, Susan has been active in Democratic politics for 58 years. While living in the Philly area She helped found a Womens Center in Abington , Pa. She is currently a member of the LWV where she worked on voter registration and the Census. She is also a member of DISC, Developing Interracial Social Change.

The LaDuca’s spend their summers in LA where their two daughters and families reside.

She currently co – leads the ILIR film class with TonyLaDuca and Senior Relationships class with Monica Kramer.

“If I hadn’t had a career as a family therapist I would have done something in film which I am passionate about. ILIR offers me the opportunity to share my love and knowledge with other fans of the cinema”.
