Rich served in government at every level in the United States, working for a Governor, The U. S. Senate, State Legislators, several federal agencies and local governments during a 47 year career. He was assigned to work overseas for the U. S. Treasury, Cornell University and several international organizations. He has been active in the Palm Beach County League of Women Voters since 2016, focusing on Redistricting, the Census and Local Legislation. He currently chairs its Local Advocacy Committee. He is also a member of the PEACE Social Justice coalition of 24 Palm Beach County congregations (peacepbc.org).
